Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce. Trim and halve @button mushrooms{1%unit}. Trim @scallions{1%unit} and thinly slice greens; keep whites whole. Quarter @lime{1%unit}. Trim @green beans{1%unit} if necessary.

In a #food processor{} or #blender{}, combine mushrooms and scallion whites. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until finely chopped ~{1%minutes}. Scrape down sides as needed.

Heat a large drizzle of oil in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add veggie mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and liquid evaporates ~{5%minutes}. Transfer to a #large bowl{} and refrigerate until cool enough to handle ~{5%minutes}.

Once cooled, add @ground beef{1%unit} and @panko breadcrumbs{1%unit} to bowl. Season with salt. Gently mix to combine. Form into 10-12 meatballs. Place on one side of a #baking sheet{}. Roast on top rack ~{10%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a #small pot{}, combine @jasmine rice{1%unit}, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until tender ~{15%minutes}. Keep covered off heat. Prepare @microwavable rice{1%unit} according to package directions. In a #small bowl{}, combine @sweet soy glaze{1%unit}, one packet of @sweet thai chili sauce{1%unit}, and juice from one lime wedge. In a separate small bowl, combine @mayonnaise{1%unit}, remaining chili sauce, and 1 tsp water.

Once meatballs have roasted 10 minutes, remove sheet from oven. Add green beans to empty side of sheet; toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Carefully spoon glaze over meatballs. Return sheet to top rack and roast until meatballs are cooked through and green beans are tender ~{12%minutes}.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide rice between plates. Top with green beans and meatballs. Drizzle with sweet chili mayo and garnish with scallion greens. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and @chili flakes{1%unit} to taste.
